We contribute to the expanded use of sewing machines by providing this opportunity for chidren to become familiar with them. We organize this contest in order to broaden the public's interest in the children's apparel and textile industry. The judging is conducted by a panel of industry expert. We hold the awards ceremony in March each year and provide the following awards; The Best Sewing Award (Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award) and the Home Sewing Promotion Award (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Minister's Award) among others.
